G10 is a composite material that's made by layering glass cloth soaked in epoxy. It's very popular in the EDC community for knife scales because it's light and durable but there are challenges to making it into pens. Specifically, it only comes in sheets and is extremely messy to machine. The natural (jade) color will slowly darken and patina over time while the OD Green should remain unchanged. Also, the texture is prominent right out of the box but will eventually smooth on the high-wear areas.

Clip is a little stiff off the rip for a chef coat sleeve and the g10 is far superior to the coated pens I’ve used in the past so far. Not too light not too heavy. Side mechanism is totally acceptable for leftys. All in all will be my daily at work until someone snags it!

Great texture from TT, as always, action great and color is spot on. Refill options are really really limited, and I like to change them, but I knew that going in. Hopefully I can eventually sort that out.

This pen is the perfect size and has great feel. The refill is a standard refill but somehow writes better than when in a G2, how is this possible? Don’t know, don’t have any idea but it is amazing!
