Shipping & Delivery


Hi, when will my order ship?

Orders placed by 3:30pm Central Monday through Friday will be shipped the same day barring unforeseen circumstances. Orders placed after that time, on weekends, or over holidays will be ship the following business day. If the order includes custom clip engravings it may take an extra 1-2 business days depending on overall volume and how Nate's doing on the laser.

Fulfillment times for bulk, custom, and wholesale orders are highly dependent on quantity but may take up to 2-4 weeks. You'll receive an email with tracking information as soon as the order ships.

Note: This is all best case scenario. We tend to get backed up on new product releases so shipping times may be extended. Thanks for your patience.


Why hasn't the tracking updated?

During normal operations (e.g., not immediately after a drop), all orders get picked up in the late afternoon but the tracking status doesn't get updated until it leaves the UPS facility which is usually the same or next day.

If the tracking still hasn't updated in a few days it could either be we printed the label but haven't gotten it in the mail or something's going on at our local UPS facility. In both cases we ask you wait at least 5 business days after placing the order to see if there's movement before contacting customerservice@tactileturn.com.

No matter what, we're committed to delivering your order in a timely, reasonable manner.


No PO, APO, FPO, or DPO?

UPS does not do well delivering to PO Boxes or military addresses – those orders need to be sent via USPS. If you experience difficulty with the shipping address during checkout, please email us at customerservice@tactileturn.com and include: 1) the items that you'd like to purchase, and 2) the exact shipping address. We'll manually create an invoice and swing by the post office on our way home.


Why is shipping so expensive?

We used to have never-ending problems shipping with USPS. Their tracking system flat out doesn't work for international shipments and, in our experience, many domestic shipments as well. In September we switched to UPS hoping for some added reliability.

Yes, it's more of a premium but the added quality of service seems to be worth it. And also yes, we've had a couple SNAFUs with batches of packages getting lost but we're working closer with our driver for more consistent pickups.

Note: Exact shipping rates are calculated automatically by UPS during checkout once you put in the shipping address.

Domestic Shipping Options

  • UPS Ground: Transit times are between one to five business days with Saturday delivery to most residential addresses.
  • UPS 2nd Day Air: It's all in the name. Delivers to all 50 states and Puerto Rico with some limitations in Alaska and Hawaii.
  • UPS Next Day Air: Overnight with the promise of next-day delivery to the 48 contiguous states and certain areas in Alaska and Hawaii.

What are your hours of operation?

Excluding holidays, the Customer Service team is available to assist and answer questions from 6am to 4pm Central Monday through Friday. If you want to make any changes to your order, please let us know as soon as possible and we'll do our best to accommodate.

Tactile Turn Holiday Schedule

The shop will be closed the following days. Orders placed over holidays will be shipped the following business day pending the UPS Holiday Schedule.
