If you would like to return or exchange your item, it must be in LIKE NEW condition and it must be within 30 days of when you purchased your item.
Note: There is a 10% restocking fee on ALL returned items.

Note: Please send pictures to customerservice@tactileturn.com to confirm we are able to take your back your product. There is a $15 cleaning fee for bronze and copper items that have been removed from the vacuum seal bag.
