Over the Hills and Far Away

Imagine you're in a decked out Land Rover rolling across the plains to find that perfect off-the-grid campsite. Inspired by that adventurous spirit and the drive to get out and explore the great outdoors, the Overlander sports a Mil-Spec Olive Drab Green body painted with Coyote Tan accents. Both are matte finished and we added a subtle, reptilian scale pattern on the clip for a clean, low-key look. Even if you aren't into off-road 4x4s and remote destinations, the Overlander sports a popular colorway that's sure to match a variety of gear.

The Standard [5.8"] comes with a Pilot G2 0.7 mm refill, the Short [5.3"]comes with a Schmidt EasyFlow 9000 medium refill, and the Mini [4.6"] comes with a Pilot G2 Mini 0.7mm refill. Many of our customers like to use their own personal favorites, however, and so we put together a list of compatible refills that work with our Side Click pens.

A Pattern Borrowed From Nature

We hit the clip with a finely engraved pattern to represent the creatures hidden in the bush. From arms length it looks similar to knurling but, upon closer inspection, it's actually reptilian scales.

Matte OD Green Cerakote Finishing

Cerakote is a thin coating of ceramic that’s applied to the surface of our titanium pen. Once this coating is cured, it provides several technical benefits to the pen. It’s abrasion, chemical, temperature and scratch-resistant but not proof. Hard wear will still show on Cerakote but, we love that it gives us the ability to add some color to our titanium pens without adding any serious weight or thickness.

    With it being a seasonal release the shipping was a bit slow but the pen is absolutely beautiful. I wish it was GITD paint and not just UV reactive but it’s a great pen. I love the starry night inner barrel, beautiful pen. Not my first TT and won’t be my last

    Phenomenal pen as always. Tactile turn has some of the most unique seasonal/special pens of any pen maker. This is definitely an EDC pen and I won’t need another one for the rest of my life. Highly recommend this pen especially but you can’t go wrong with any pen from tactile turn.

    Very cool!

    As someone from New Mexico, this is a really cute pen. I love it. I got both sizes in it and ordered pen sleeves so I can safely take them in my purse without fear of damage. I ordered new ink for it based on the sheet they have so hopefully that works out, I am a fine ink girly myself. Otherwise it’s a wonderful addition to my collection!

    Great Pen, Fun Theme!

    Tactile Turn pens are top notch, this one is no exception! It looks great, is fun, and writes really well.

    I have several seasonal releases, they're all cool and this one joins my pen collection. Side click and switch mechanisms are usually my preference, but I couldn't pass this one up and the bolt action is very smooth.

    Great pen and pencil maker!

    Wife loves it

    We are both UFO nuts and this pen is extremely well made. It's a great gift for someone who is interested in anomalous phenomena!

    P.S.

    We went to the crash site a couple years ago (we were lucky to have found it and the right gates happened to be open), and there is in fact a big hole in the ground!

    A must have for an X-Files fan...

    I passed up a previous seasonal release that called to me, but being a huge X-Files fan, this was an absolute must have. Quality and feel is out of this world! If they roll out a cryptid series, I'm done for. 10/10

If you're tuned into our Limited Release drops of exotic treatments and materials, you probably noticed that they tend to sell out pretty fast. Seasonal Releases are much easier to get your hands on because, instead of a set quantity, they're available for a set period of time. No fast fingers required or having to dip out of that important work meeting to try and snag one from your phone in the bathroom.
