All around great Pen!

Really have been loving it! Great weight, sturdy feel, and writes smoothly! At first it took a small adjustment period to get used to the thin lines in the metal as it created a odd sensation when holding the pen for extended periods of time. After a day or two your fingers get used to it, the pen feels great, and the lines add great traction.

Are the clips made of titanium? Also what material are the standard bolts?

To answer your question: The clips for our bolt action pen are stainless steel and for our slim bolt action pen the clips are titanium. The bolts for our pens are Titanium or Titanium Damascus and zirconium for our zirconium models.

How do you change refills on standard pen????

Hello John,

To install a new ink cartridge on our pens you will need to twist off the tip of the pen. Since the tip + body of the pens are machines together it can be difficult to see the seam. We recommend customers to wrap multiple rubber bands around the tip + body of the pen (for extra grip). Once the tip of the pen is removed, you can install a new ink cartridge.

I previously sent a request about engraving my titanium pen but after looking things over I feel I had rather keep my pen clip (I like it) rather than have my name engraved on a different pen clip. I would like to have one of those smooth buttons on the side where you click down the refill mine has one that is not smooth and sometime hurts my thumb. What do I need to do to get one of those ? To answer your question: Yes, you can send your pen back to our repair service so we can engrave your clip as you requested and then we will create and forward the custom invoice to your email address so you can complete payment. Once payment is received, we will process and engrave your clip and then return your pen back to you as soon as possible. Please fill out this repair service form: https://tactileturn.com/pages/repair-printout + insert the form inside the package you're sending in to us. If you could provide us with your tracking number, that would be greatly appreciated. Once we complete the repair service, we will cover the shipping cost to return your pen as soon as possible.
