Returns
If you would like to return or exchange your item, it must be in LIKE NEW condition and it must be within 30 days of when you purchased your item.
There is a 10% restocking fee on ALL returned items.

Exchanges
If you would like to exchange your item, it must be LIKE NEW condition (please send pictures to customerservice@tactileturn.com to confirm we are able to take back your product first) and it must be within 30 days of when you purchased your item.
Bronze and Copper items that have been removed from the vacuum seal bag they are sent in incur a $15 cleaning fee when exchanged. These items have to be disassembled and cleaned and polished before they can be returned to stock.
